Mr. Yuan Zheng, born in March 1963, is the Chairman and Director of the Board at Shanghai Kinetic Medical. He holds Chinese nationality and a bachelor’ degree in Biology. Mr. Yuan Zheng previously worked at Shanghai Institute of Parasitic Diseases of Chinese Academy of Preventive Medical Sciences, and served as General Manager of Shanghai Moore Biotechnology Co., Ltd. He has been with Kinetic since 2005.

    Mr. Wang Chong, born in August 1981, holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami and an M.S. in Materials Science and Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. His career encompasses both academic and industrial roles, including serving as a Lecturer and Research Assistant at the University of Miami from August 2009 to May 2013, Product Manager and R&D Engineer at Shanghai MicroPort Medical Devices from July 2013 to May 2015, Vice President of Healthcare Investment at Shanghai Jinpu Healthcare Equity Investment Fund from August 2015 to February 2016, and General Manager and Executive Director at Shenzhen Qianhai Junsheng Innovation Management from June 2016 to October 2021. He has been the General Manager of Suzhou Eas Medical Technology Co., Ltd. since November 2021.

    Mr. Hui Yiwei, born in August 1987, holds Chinese nationality. He earned an MBA from Cornell University and a master's degree from Tsinghua University’s PBC School of Finance. He has held various professional roles, including Product Specialist at Abbott Medical Device Trading (Shanghai) from February 2012 to March 2014, Investment Manager at e-Capital Tomorrow (Beijing) Investment Consultant from April 2014 to July 2016, Deputy General Manager CICG Operations from August 2016 to April 2021, and Managing Director at Xinjin Shunzhi Investment Management (Ningbo) from May 2021 to July 2022. He has served as the Executive Director of Suzhou Xinsheng Huiming Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. since August 2022.

    Mr. Zheng Weimao, born in August 1963, holds Chinese nationality, has no permanent residency abroad. He earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics in 1985, and an master's degree in Management from Shanghai Maritime University. He is a non-practicing member of the CPA and holds an Independent Director qualification certificate. Mr. Zheng extensive teaching and professional experience at Shanghai Maritime University, Shekou Zhonghua CPA Firm and Shanghai Zhonghua CPA Firm. He has edited and published several accounting textbooks, "Management Accounting", "Management Accounting Practice", "Cost Accounting Practice", and "Intermediate Financial Accounting Training Tutorials". Mr. Zheng served as an independent director of China First Pencil Company Limited (now renamed as Laofengxiang Company Limited) from 2002 to 2008, and of Laofengxiang Company Limited from 2014 to 2020.

    Mr. Dai Xueguang, born in November 1976, holds Chinese nationality and does not have permanent residency abroad. He has a Master’s degree and is a practicing lawyer.

    He began his legal career at Zhongyin Law Firm (Shanghai), where he served as a lawyer and partner from 2009 to February 2016. He subsequently held the role of Senior Partner at Jincheng Tongda (Shanghai) Law Firm from February 2016 to September 2023, and currently serves as Senior Partner at Beijing Anli (Shanghai) Law Firm since September 2023.

    Mr. Lu Xubo, born in March 1980, holds Chinese nationality and does not have permanent residency abroad. He earned a bachelor's degree and served in Zhejiang Kangsheng from December 2005 to June 2016, where he held roles including Board Secretary Assistant, Securities Affairs Representative, Investment Department Manager, Board Secretary, and Director. He is currently the Deputy General Manager and Head of Risk and Compliance of Hangzhou Anyi Asset Management Co., Ltd. Previously, Mr. Lu also served as an Independent Director from August 20, 2014 to August 19, 2020.
